Signing of Agreement In Principle
12 July 2007
Tini Waitara Marae, Turakina
The signing of an Agreement in Principle between Ngati Apa and the Crown will take place on Thursday 12th July 2007. A powhiri to welcome the Hon Mark Burton and other Crown representatives will take place at 10am. This will be followed by speeches and then the signing ceremony. Kauangaroa Hapu Hui

Kauangaroa Marae
We are organising a day tour of some of the sites of significance for the hapu of Kauangaroa including Pa sites and Crown lands. We will be stopping at various sites to korero and perhaps hikoi. It will give us the opportunity to meet and share within our extended whanau environment.
The Bus will leave 10am from Kauangaroa Marae and return by 4pm.
Please bring a Kai for a Shared Kai
